Eligible for Refund

We do not accept returns or offer refunds, except in cases of manufacturing defects or if items are missing from your order upon receipt.

Non-Returnable Items

Please note that returns or refunds are not available for products that have been used.

Return Process

  • To claim any damage, missing product, or other issues, you must provide an unpacking video. This will serve as proof of your claim. Without an unpacking video, returns will not be accepted.

  • If eligible for a return due to missing products or manufacturing defects, you must have the original invoice to return the products.

  • Once your return is approved, please send the item back to us via courier. We do not offer a return pickup option.

  • Items sent to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

  • If approved, the refund will be processed, and the amount will be automatically credited to your account.

  • Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
